This site is operated by Miruna Zamfiriu. It is deliberately light on data collection: there is no advertising or selling of personal information. With your consent, Microsoft Clarity is used to understand how visitors interact with the site and where the experience can be improved.

What is collected

If you contact Miruna by email, the details you share are used solely to reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation.

Microsoft Clarity (statistics)

With your explicit consent, this site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it through heatmaps, aggregated analytics, and session recordings. This helps identify confusing or broken experiences and improve the site’s content and design.

Clarity may process pseudonymous user and session identifiers, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, window resizing, selections, performance information, and details needed to replay how a page was displayed. Privacy-sensitive input fields are masked rather than recorded as readable text. This site does not use Clarity data for advertising or automated decision-making.

Cookies and consent

Clarity is not loaded and its cookies are not placed unless you accept statistics cookies through the cookie banner. If you refuse, you can continue using the site normally. When you consent, Clarity may set the first-party cookies _clck and_clsk, together with cookies set by Microsoft, to recognise a browser and connect page views into a session. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the site’s cookie preferences.

Retention

Microsoft states that Clarity playback data is generally retained for 30 days. Click and heatmap data, together with labelled or favourited sessions, may be retained for up to nine months. Current retention details are available in Microsoft’s Clarity retention documentation.

Embedded media

Some insight articles include videos from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced domain. When you choose to play an embedded video, YouTube may process information about that interaction under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis

Clarity data is processed on the basis of consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act. Email enquiry data is processed so that Miruna can respond to your request and take steps towards a possible coaching or professional engagement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these, write to hello@mirunazamfiriu.com.
